Our services have a simple form, with hymns, prayers, an opportunity to mark birthdays and anniversaries, Bible readings and a sermon to explain and apply what God says in the Bible. All are very welcome to attend these services.
We have a Communion service on the first Sunday of each month at 10.15am, before the morning service.
Our evening services generally follow the same format as our morning services.
We have a Communion service on the third Sunday of each month at 5.45pm.
Our Communion services are open to all who truly believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and have obeyed and confessed him in Baptism by total immersion.
In this meeting the ladies enjoy time singing hymns and looking into the Bible together, sometimes with a visiting speaker. Sometimes the ladies will have a searchword afternoon, in which they hunt for passages in the Bible containing a particular word which can then be an encouragement or challenge. More women are always welcome to attend!
These meetings run throughout the year, apart from a break in August.
Bible Study and Prayer Meeting
We meet to look into the Bible together and to spend time praying for each other, for the village and for wider needs both nationally and internationally.
On the first Thursday of each month we meet in local homes.
First Friday of each month, 6.00 – 7.30pm.
This evening is for anyone, from individuals to whole families, and involves an opportunity to play table games or just to chat over a drink, followed by craft activities, a short Bible talk, some singing and then a hot meal.
