Borough Green Baptist Church is committed to protecting the personal information (data) that it holds about all individuals who are associated with the church and to acting in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018. Please be assured that we never sell or freely give your personal information to any third party for them to use for their own purposes. We only ever share personal data with other parties where required to by law or with the explicit consent of the individual concerned, or potentially in the case of a medical emergency.

We aim to be open and transparent with everyone associated with the church in relation to our handling of personal data, and to that end have published the two Data Privacy Notices shown below, which give details of the information that we process and for what purposes, as well as setting out the legal rights that anyone whose information we may process has in relation to our processing of that data.
